Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Welding Operations
- Perform welding according to Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) including parameters for current, voltage, travel speed, and interpass temperature
- Conduct manual arc welding (SMAW), TIG welding, MIG/MAG welding on carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel (304/316L), duplex steel, or nickel alloys
- Complete welding tasks for longitudinal seams, circumferential seams, head joints, nozzle welds, and internal components
- Quality Control & Inspection
- Implement "three-inspection system" (self-inspection, mutual inspection, specialized inspection)
- Conduct pre-weld inspection of groove cleaning, fit-up gap, and misalignment; post-weld cleaning of slag and spatter with visual self-inspection
- Ensure weld appearance is free from cracks, lack of fusion, slag inclusions, porosity, and excessive undercut
- Cooperate with non-destructive testing (RT/UT/MT/PT), perform precise repairs on defective welds, and maintain high first-time inspection pass rate.
- Equipment & Tool Maintenance
- Perform daily inspection and maintenance of welding machines, argon cylinders, grinders, etc.
- Properly store and maintain welding consumables (electrodes, filler wires, tungsten electrodes) with strict adherence to drying, thermal insulation, and return procedures.
- Safety & Compliance
- Strictly follow safety regulations for confined space work, elevated work, and hot work
- Properly wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including welding helmets, dust masks, protective clothing
- Ensure "person-certificate consistency" with valid certifications and accept regular skill assessments
- Documentation & Traceability
- Accurately complete welding records including weld identification numbers, welder stamp numbers, welding parameters, and dates Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Certification Requirements
- Must hold the "Special Equipment Safety and Operations Personnel Certificate" issued by the market supervision department (project codes: SMAW/GTAW, materials covering FeI/FeII/FeIII or higher, positions covering all positions (6G/5G))
- Certificate must be valid and available for regulatory or customer audits
- Holders of European (EN ISO 9606) or American (ASME IX) certifications are preferred
- Experience Requirements
- inimum 2 years of practical welding experience in pressure vessels, piping, or heavy steel structures
- Experience in manufacturing Class II or higher pressure vessels is preferred
- Familiarity with welding characteristics of different materials (carbon steel Q345R, stainless steel S30408, low-temperature steel, etc.)
- Skill Requirements
- Proficient in single-side welding with double-sided appearance, capable of all-position welding (especially 6G position for piping)
- Able to read basic welding symbols, assembly drawings, and process cards
- Strong repair capabilities with ability to analyze defect causes and develop repair solutions

- Hardworking, able to adapt to shift work, overtime, and shop environment
- Team-oriented with good cooperation skills
